Christin works at Wilder Research and is a credentialed professional gerontologist. She provides research and evaluation for a variety of projects, with a focus on programs related to aging and housing.

Her recent evaluation work includes social isolation and transportation needs for older adults in rural communities, a reference guide for housing for older adults in Minnesota, a study of customized living services in subsidized housing, and home renovation and rehabilitation needs of low-income older adults.

She has served as co-volunteer coordinator for the statewide Homeless Study since 2012. Christin has a master's degree in gerontology from Bethel University.
