Megan Lahr is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Minnesota Rural Health Research Center (RHRC). Megan’s work focuses on quality of care in rural communities as well as many other issues impacting older adults. Her past research has included projects focused on rural issues of access to care, caregiving, aging in place, supporting the oldest old, housing, and health care and support services for older adults in rural communities. Megan also leads a large federal grant that evaluates the federal Flex Program that supports Critical Access Hospitals across the country, specializing in quality of care in rural hospitals. Prior to working at the RHRC, Megan spent several years working in federal health care policy. |
