Phuong Hoang

Phuong is a first year Master of Healthcare Administration student at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. She previously worked in healthcare operations within a private international health system in Vietnam, where she was involved in projects related to hospital management, digital transformation, and strategic development. Her experience sparked a strong interest in healthcare leadership and system level improvement. At the University of Minnesota, Phuong is focused on developing the leadership, analytical, and operational skills needed to navigate complex health systems and improve care delivery. She is particularly interested in health system strategy, innovation in care delivery, and strengthening healthcare organizations to better serve patients and communities.
