As Co-Director of the Minnesota Homeless Study, Rebecca leads the planning and implementation, dissemination of findings, and overall operations of the study. She also fosters relationships with key contributors to Minnesota's efforts towards ending homelessness including advocates, services providers, funders, and policy makers, to ensure that the Homeless Study positively impacts homeless-related funding, policies, and programming. In addition to the Homeless Study and other homeless and housing work, she leads work focusing on critical, intersecting topics including health equity, mental health, substance use, and systems change. Rebecca received her Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. |
