Stephanie Hoffman, LSW, LADC

Stephanie works for Fillmore County Social Services in Adult Protective Services. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Child Advocacy and is licensed by the State of Minnesota in Social Work and Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  

In her work as an Adult Protection Investigator, she provides assessment and protective services to stop or prevent maltreatment, abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation while safeguarding the welfare of the vulnerable adult (VA).  She aims to protect the autonomy of the VA, put proper services in place so the VA can remain in their home, protect the VA’s assets and funds, and build a positive relationship with the VAs in the community she serves.   

Her work with a multi-disciplinary team includes Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office, local Police Departments, Public Health, Adult and Children Mental Health Case Managers, and Fillmore County Attorney’s Office. She is passionate about protecting the wellbeing of all individuals in the community she serves.
