Dr. Theresa B. Skaar (aka Dr. T) is a social psychologist with over 30 years of experience spanning healthcare, corporate, and academic settings. Certified in mind-body medicine and qualified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), she brings a grounded, relatable approach to stress, aging, grief, and burnout. A former caregiver herself, Dr. T blends research, lived experience, and mindfulness to help others navigate the complexities of caregiving. Through speaking, coaching, and facilitation, she supports individuals and organizations in cultivating clarity, resilience, and human connection—one mindful moment at a time.
