Joelle Hoeft is an innovative leader with experience working in government, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors. She was a Program Officer at a large foundation managing a portfolio of grants supporting older adults in rural communities to age with dignity and autonomy.

She also worked as a Program and Policy Manager with the Minnesota Department of Human Services™ Office of Economic Opportunity. In her current work as a consultant, she manages a range of projects including increasing opportunities in nature for older adults in Minnesota.
