Julia McCarthy, Director of Programs, Keystone Community Services

Julia leads Keystone’s work to serve and connect the community. She oversees Case Management, Senior Services, Youth Services and Basic Needs programs, ensuring effective operations, sustainability and quality improvement.

Julia joined Keystone in 2021 and has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She holds a BA from Macalester College and a Master’s in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metropolitan State University.
