Why Sponsor or Exhibit?

MGS is Minnesota’s leading organization dedicated to advancing age-friendly initiatives. By sponsoring or exhibiting at the 2025 MGS Conference, your organization will gain valuable brand exposure and direct access to a diverse audience, including gerontologists, educators, students, social workers, and other professionals in the aging field.

Conference Details

Registration

Exhibitor Registration for Day 2 at McNamara Alumni Center, University of MN

Each exhibitor booth includes registration for two representatives.

  • EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HERE using the code EXHIBITOR2025.

  • NOTE: if you are a speaker that will also be attending your company table, you do NOT need to register as an exhibitor, you have already been registered as a speaker. Please email Robin: rronayne@holsteconsulting.com just to let us know.

  • The name, organization, and lunch selections that you provide during registration will be used for printed name badges.

Sponsor Registration

Your sponsorship level determines the number of free attendee registrations:

  • Premium Sponsors: 5 registrations

  • Gold Sponsors – 4 registrations

  • Silver Sponsors – 3 registrations

  • Bronze Sponsors – 2 registrations

  • Session & University/College Sponsors – 1 registration

  • SPONSOR REGISTRATION HERE using the code SPONSOR2025.

    • The name, organization, and lunch selections that you provide in registration will be used for printed name badges.

    • NOTE: If you have speakers from your company that are scheduled to present, they are already registered and do not be registered as a sponsor

  • All sponsors have their logos prominently featured on the MGS website. You can view them here

Conference Location & Parking

McNamara Alumni Center

Complimentary Parking: Available in the University Ramp next to the McNamara Center. Parking vouchers will be provided at the registration desk.

  • Take the East elevator to Tunnel B or street level.

  • The McNamara Alumni Center is the copper building adjacent to the ramp.

Exhibitor Setup & Tear Down

  • Setup: Thursday, April 24 | 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM

  • Exhibit Hall Open: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Tear Down: After 3:30 PM

Tables will be set up in the Johnson Great Room and Memorial Hall as needed.

Booth Details:

Each exhibitor will receive a 5-foot undraped table with a gray laminate top.

Optional Rentals - please email Robin: rronayne@holsteconsulting.com if you’d like to request the following OR if your booth requires electricity:

  • Front-only black tablecloth: $5 per table

  • Full-length black tablecloth: $30 per table

  • Electricity: Available upon request. We recommend bringing your own extension cord or renting one from the venue for $15.

Attendee List & Conference Schedule

An opt-in attendee list (including name, degree, and affiliation) will be provided by April 18, 2025.
